Mother and Daughter Basic Sewing with Joyce

Girl’s skirt and bolero. Pull-on skirt has an elastic waist and ruffles. Bottom edge of skirt has optional lace or trim. Bolero has ribbon tie closure and shoulders extend to form cap sleeves.

We will make a pillowcase and a nightgown while learning how to read a pattern and use a sewing machine.

We will make a lined bag with an inside patch pocket and zipper, darts, and tucks. You will learn skills you will need to sew garments. Homework will be given.
